As if the property is of SingleUnit nature then it have only one tenant so a one agreement (direct r/ship with tblLease) and if a building is multiUnit then its unit are linked with Multiple tenants and Agreement.While creating a group by Query where i have to display my Building and Sub Units (if any) with tblLease having Last of Rent Amount, Last of Agreement Start Date, Last of Agreement End Date.
